How do I create an account?
You can create an account by downloading the Journeymate app and selecting "Sign in with Apple" or signing up with your email address. The process takes less than a minute.
Is my conversation data private?
Yes, absolutely. All conversations are encrypted and stored securely. We never share or sell your personal information. Your conversations are between you and your AI coach. Please see our Privacy Policy for complete details.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes, you can request account deletion at any time. Simply email us at dev@integrum.global with your account email, and we will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
Does Journeymate work offline?
You can view your conversation history offline, but creating new conversations and receiving AI coaching responses requires an internet connection.
What devices are supported?
Journeymate is currently available for iOS devices running iOS 13.0 or later. This includes iPhones and iPads.
How does the AI coaching work?
Journeymate uses advanced AI (powered by Anthropic Claude/OpenAI) combined with proven coaching frameworks like the GROW model and ICF coaching competencies. The AI analyzes your messages and provides personalized, thoughtful coaching responses designed to help you gain clarity, set goals, and make progress on your well-being journey.
Is Journeymate a replacement for therapy?
No. Journeymate is a coaching tool designed to support personal development and well-being. It is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment. If you need clinical support, please consult a licensed healthcare provider or therapist.
Can I edit my messages?
Yes! You can edit your messages by long-pressing on any message you've sent and selecting "Edit." This allows you to refine your thoughts and explore different conversation paths.
How do I access my conversation history?
Tap the sidebar icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the app to view all your conversations. You can tap on any conversation to continue where you left off.
What if I'm having trouble signing in?
If you're experiencing sign-in issues:
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection
  • Make sure you're using the same sign-in method (Apple ID or email) you originally used
  • Try force-closing and reopening the app
  • If using Sign in with Apple, check that it's enabled in your device settings

To permanently delete your account and all associated data, email dev@integrum.global with your request. We'll process deletions within 30 days.
