Delete Account & Data
Your data, your choice. We respect your right to control your personal information. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
You have two options to delete your Journeymate account and all associated data:
1Open the Journeymate app
2Go to Settings (tap the gear icon)
3Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
4Confirm your decision when prompted

When you delete your account, we will permanently remove:
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.
In-app deletion: Immediate
Email requests: Processed within 30 days
After deletion is processed, it may take up to 90 days for all data to be removed from our backup systems.
