• Anthropic Claude / OpenAI: Your chat conversations are sent to AI providers to generate coaching responses. These services process your conversations in accordance with their privacy policies.
• Purpose: Generate AI coaching responses
• Data Shared: Chat conversation content

Authentication

• Sign in with Apple: Used for secure authentication. Apple provides limited information to us.
• Data Shared: Email address (optional), unique user identifier

Cloud Hosting

• Cloud Provider: We use secure cloud hosting to store your account information and conversation history
• Security: Data is encrypted in transit and at rest

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as:

• Your account is active and you continue to use Journeymate
